160. Sāvatthinidānaṃ . Atha kho āyasmā rādho yena bhagavā tenupasaṅkami ; upasaṅkamitvā bhagavantaṃ abhivādetvā ekamantaṃ nisīdi. Ekamantaṃ nisinno kho āyasmā rādho bhagavantaṃ etadavoca –

‘‘‘Māro, māro’ti, bhante, vuccati. Kittāvatā nu kho, bhante, māro’’ti? ‘‘Rūpe kho, rādha, sati māro vā assa māretā vā yo vā pana mīyati. Tasmātiha tvaṃ, rādha, rūpaṃ māroti passa, māretāti passa, mīyatīti passa, rogoti passa, gaṇḍoti passa, sallanti passa, aghanti passa, aghabhūtanti passa. Ye naṃ evaṃ passanti te sammā passanti. Vedanāya sati… saññāya sati… saṅkhāresu sati… viññāṇe sati māro vā assa māretā vā yo vā pana mīyati. Tasmātiha tvaṃ, rādha, viññāṇaṃ māroti passa, māretāti passa, mīyatīti passa, rogoti passa, gaṇḍoti passa, sallanti passa, aghanti passa, aghabhūtanti passa. Ye naṃ evaṃ passanti, te sammā passantī’’ti.

‘‘Sammādassanaṃ pana, bhante, kimatthiya’’nti? ‘‘Sammādassanaṃ kho, rādha, nibbidatthaṃ’’. ‘‘Nibbidā pana, bhante, kimatthiyā’’ti? ‘‘Nibbidā kho, rādha, virāgatthā’’. ‘‘Virāgo pana, bhante , kimatthiyo’’ti? ‘‘Virāgo kho, rādha, vimuttattho’’. ‘‘Vimutti pana, bhante, kimatthiyā’’ti? ‘‘Vimutti kho, rādha, nibbānatthā’’. ‘‘Nibbānaṃ pana, bhante, kimatthiya’’nti? ‘‘Accayāsi [accasarā (sī. syā. kaṃ.), assa (pī.), accayā (ka.)], rādha, pañhaṃ, nāsakkhi pañhassa pariyantaṃ gahetuṃ. Nibbānogadhañhi, rādha, brahmacariyaṃ vussati, nibbānaparāyanaṃ nibbānapariyosāna’’nti. Paṭhamaṃ.

2. Sattasuttaṃ

161. Sāvatthinidānaṃ. Ekamantaṃ nisinno kho āyasmā rādho bhagavantaṃ etadavoca – ‘‘‘satto, satto’ti, bhante, vuccati. Kittāvatā nu kho, bhante , sattoti vuccatī’’ti? ‘‘Rūpe kho, rādha, yo chando yo rāgo yā nandī yā taṇhā, tatra satto, tatra visatto, tasmā sattoti vuccati. Vedanāya… saññāya… saṅkhāresu… viññāṇe yo chando yo rāgo yā nandī yā taṇhā, tatra satto, tatra visatto, tasmā sattoti vuccati’’.

‘‘Seyyathāpi, rādha, kumārakā vā kumārikāyo vā paṃsvāgārakehi kīḷanti. Yāvakīvañca tesu paṃsvāgārakesu avigatarāgā honti avigatacchandā avigatapemā avigatapipāsā avigatapariḷāhā avigatataṇhā, tāva tāni paṃsvāgārakāni allīyanti keḷāyanti dhanāyanti [manāyanti (sī. pī. ka.)] mamāyanti. Yato ca kho, rādha, kumārakā vā kumārikāyo vā tesu paṃsvāgārakesu vigatarāgā honti vigatacchandā vigatapemā vigatapipāsā vigatapariḷāhā vigatataṇhā, atha kho tāni paṃsvāgārakāni hatthehi ca pādehi ca vikiranti vidhamanti viddhaṃsenti vikīḷaniyaṃ [vikīḷanikaṃ (sī. syā. kaṃ. pī.)] karonti. Evameva kho, rādha, tumhepi rūpaṃ vikiratha vidhamatha viddhaṃsetha vikīḷaniyaṃ karotha taṇhākkhayāya paṭipajjatha. Vedanaṃ vikiratha vidhamatha viddhaṃsetha vikīḷaniyaṃ karotha taṇhākkhayāya paṭipajjatha. Saññaṃ… saṅkhāre vikiratha vidhamatha viddhaṃsetha vikīḷaniyaṃ karotha taṇhākkhayāya paṭipajjatha. Ekamantaṃ nisinno kho āyasmā rādho bhagavantaṃ etadavoca – ‘‘‘bhavanettinirodho [bhavanetti (sī. syā. kaṃ. pī.)], bhavanettinirodho’ti [bhavanettīti (sī. syā. kaṃ.)], bhante, vuccati. Katamā nu kho, bhante, bhavanetti, katamo bhavanettinirodho’’ti? ‘‘Rūpe kho, rādha, yo chando yo rāgo yā nandī yā taṇhā ye upayupādānā cetaso adhiṭṭhānābhinivesānusayā – ayaṃ vuccati bhavanetti. Tesaṃ nirodho [nirodhā (sī. syā. kaṃ. pī.)] bhavanettinirodho. Vedanāya… saññāya… saṅkhāresu … viññāṇe yo chando…pe… adhiṭṭhānābhinivesānusayā – ayaṃ vuccati bhavanetti. 1. 魔罗经
舍卫城因缘。那时，尊者罗陀来到世尊所在之处;来到后，向世尊礼拜，然后坐在一旁。坐在一旁的尊者罗陀对世尊如是说：
"尊者，人们说'魔罗，魔罗'。尊者，到什么程度才称为魔罗呢？""罗陀，当有色时，或有魔罗，或有杀者，或有被杀者。因此，罗陀，你应当视色为魔罗，视为杀者，视为被杀者，视为病，视为疮，视为箭，视为苦，视为苦之本。如是观察者，即是正确观察。当有受时...当有想时...当有行时...当有识时，或有魔罗，或有杀者，或有被杀者。因此，罗陀，你应当视识为魔罗，视为杀者，视为被杀者，视为病，视为疮，视为箭，视为苦，视为苦之本。如是观察者，即是正确观察。"
"尊者，正确观察有何目的？""罗陀，正确观察是为了厌离。""尊者，厌离又有何目的？""罗陀，厌离是为了离欲。""尊者，离欲又有何目的？""罗陀，离欲是为了解脱。""尊者，解脱又有何目的？""罗陀，解脱是为了涅槃。""尊者，涅槃又有何目的？""罗陀，你越过了问题的界限，不能把握问题的边际。罗陀，梵行是以涅槃为归依，以涅槃为目标，以涅槃为终点。"第一。
2. 有情经
舍卫城因缘。坐在一旁的尊者罗陀对世尊如是说："尊者，人们说'有情，有情'。尊者，到什么程度才称为有情呢？""罗陀，对色有欲、有贪、有喜、有爱，于此执著，于此缠缚，因此称为有情。对受...对想...对行...对识有欲、有贪、有喜、有爱，于此执著，于此缠缚，因此称为有情。"
"罗陀，譬如男孩女孩们玩泥巴小屋。只要他们对那些泥巴小屋未离贪、未离欲、未离爱、未离渴、未离热恼、未离爱欲，他们就会执著那些泥巴小屋，珍惜它们，视为己有，占为己有。但是，罗陀，当男孩女孩们对那些泥巴小屋离贪、离欲、离爱、离渴、离热恼、离爱欲时，他们就会用手脚打散、粉碎、毁坏那些泥巴小屋，把它们变成玩具。同样地，罗陀，你们也应当打散、粉碎、毁坏色，把它变成玩具，为灭爱而修行。你们应当打散、粉碎、毁坏受，把它变成玩具，为灭爱而修行。你们应当打散、粉碎、毁坏想...行，把它们变成玩具，为灭爱而修行。你们应当打散、粉碎、毁坏识，把它变成玩具，为灭爱而修行。罗陀，爱的灭尽即是涅槃。"第二。

舍卫城因缘。坐在一旁的尊者罗陀对世尊如是说："尊者，人们说'有之网的灭尽，有之网的灭尽'。尊者，什么是有之网，什么是有之网的灭尽呢？""罗陀，对色的欲、贪、喜、爱，以及心的执取、执著、潜在倾向，这称为有之网。它们的灭尽即是有之网的灭尽。对受...对想...对行...对识的欲、贪、喜、爱，以及心的执取、执著、潜在倾向，这称为有之网。它们的灭尽即是有之网的灭尽。"第三。
4. 应遍

163. Sāvatthinidānaṃ. Āyasmā rādho yena bhagavā tenupasaṅkami; upasaṅkamitvā bhagavantaṃ abhivādetvā ekamantaṃ nisīdi. Ekamantaṃ nisinnaṃ kho āyasmantaṃ rādhaṃ bhagavā etadavoca –

‘‘Pariññeyye ca, rādha, dhamme desessāmi pariññañca pariññātāviṃ puggalañca. Taṃ suṇāhi, sādhukaṃ manasi karohi; bhāsissāmī’’ti. ‘‘Evaṃ, bhante’’ti kho āyasmā rādho bhagavato paccassosi. Bhagavā etadavoca – ‘‘katame ca, rādha, pariññeyyā dhammā? Rūpaṃ kho, rādha, pariññeyyo dhammo, vedanā pariññeyyo dhammo, saññā pariññeyyo dhammo, saṅkhārā pariññeyyo dhammo, viññāṇaṃ pariññeyyo dhammo. Ime vuccanti, rādha, pariññeyyā dhammā. Katamā ca, rādha, pariññā? Yo kho, rādha, rāgakkhayo dosakkhayo mohakkhayo – ayaṃ vuccati, rādha, pariññā. Katamo ca, rādha, pariññātāvī puggalo? ‘Arahā’tissa vacanīyaṃ. Yvāyaṃ āyasmā evaṃnāmo evaṃgotto – ayaṃ vuccati, rādha, pariññātāvī puggalo’’ti. Catutthaṃ.

5. Samaṇasuttaṃ

164. Sāvatthinidānaṃ. Ekamantaṃ nisinnaṃ kho āyasmantaṃ rādhaṃ bhagavā etadavoca – ‘‘pañcime, rādha, upādānakkhandhā. Katame pañca? Rūpupādānakkhandho, vedanupādānakkhandho, saññupādānakkhandho , saṅkhārupādānakkhandho, viññāṇupādānakkhandho. Ye hi keci, rādha, samaṇā vā brāhmaṇā vā imesaṃ pañcannaṃ upādānakkhandhānaṃ assādañca ādīnavañca nissaraṇañca yathābhūtaṃ nappajānanti; na me te, rādha, samaṇā vā brāhmaṇā vā samaṇesu vā samaṇasammatā brāhmaṇesu vā brāhmaṇasammatā, na ca pana te āyasmanto sāmaññatthaṃ vā brahmaññatthaṃ vā diṭṭheva dhamme sayaṃ abhiññā sacchikatvā upasampajja viharanti. Ye ca kho keci, rādha, samaṇā vā brāhmaṇā vā imesaṃ pañcannaṃ upādānakkhandhānaṃ assādañca ādīnavañca nissaraṇañca yathābhūtaṃ pajānanti; te kho me, rādha, samaṇā vā brāhmaṇā vā samaṇesu ceva samaṇasammatā brāhmaṇesu ca brāhmaṇasammatā , te ca panāyasmanto sāmaññatthañca brahmaññatthañca diṭṭheva dhamme sayaṃ abhiññā sacchikatvā upasampajja viharantī’’ti. Yato kho, rādha, bhikkhu imesaṃ pañcannaṃ upādānakkhandhānaṃ samudayañca atthaṅgamañca assādañca ādīnavañca nissaraṇañca yathābhūtaṃ viditvā anupādāvimutto hoti – ayaṃ vuccati, rādha, arahaṃ khīṇāsavo vusitavā katakaraṇīyo ohitabhāro anuppattasadattho parikkhīṇabhavasaṃyojano sammadaññāvimutto’’ti. 4. 应遍知经
舍卫城因缘。尊者罗陀来到世尊所在之处;来到后，向世尊礼拜，然后坐在一旁。世尊对坐在一旁的尊者罗陀如是说：
"罗陀，我将为你说应遍知之法、遍知、及已遍知者。请谛听，善加作意，我将宣说。""是的，尊者。"尊者罗陀回答世尊。世尊如是说："罗陀，什么是应遍知之法？罗陀，色是应遍知之法，受是应遍知之法，想是应遍知之法，行是应遍知之法，识是应遍知之法。罗陀，这些称为应遍知之法。罗陀，什么是遍知？罗陀，贪欲的灭尽、嗔恚的灭尽、愚痴的灭尽，这称为遍知。罗陀，谁是已遍知者？应称之为'阿罗汉'。这位尊者，名字如此，姓氏如此，罗陀，这称为已遍知者。"第四。
5. 沙门经
舍卫城因缘。世尊对坐在一旁的尊者罗陀如是说："罗陀，有这五种取蕴。哪五种？色取蕴、受取蕴、想取蕴、行取蕴、识取蕴。罗陀，任何沙门或婆罗门不如实了知这五取蕴的味、患、离；罗陀，我不认为他们是沙门中的沙门，或婆罗门中的婆罗门，这些尊者们也不能在现法中以自己的智慧证悟、实现、成就沙门果或婆罗门果而安住。罗陀，任何沙门或婆罗门如实了知这五取蕴的味、患、离；罗陀，我认为他们是沙门中的沙门，婆罗门中的婆罗门，这些尊者们也能在现法中以自己的智慧证悟、实现、成就沙门果和婆罗门果而安住。"第五。
6. 第二沙门经
舍卫城因缘。世尊对坐在一旁的尊者罗陀如是说："罗陀，有这五种取蕴。哪五种？色取蕴...乃至...识取蕴。罗陀，任何沙门或婆罗门不如实了知这五取蕴的集、灭、味、患、离...乃至...以自己的智慧证悟、实现、成就而安住。"第六。
7. 预流经
舍卫城因缘。世尊对坐在一旁的尊者罗陀如是说："罗陀，有这五种取蕴。哪五种？色取蕴...乃至...识取蕴。罗陀，当圣弟子如实了知这五取蕴的集、灭、味、患、离时，罗陀，这称为圣弟子预流，不堕恶趣，决定趣向正觉。"第七。
8. 阿罗汉经
舍卫城因缘。世尊对坐在一旁的尊者罗陀如是说："罗陀，有这五种取蕴。哪五种？色取蕴...乃至...识取蕴。罗陀，当比丘如实了知这五取蕴的集、灭、味、患、离，无取而解脱时，罗陀，这称为阿罗汉，漏尽，所作已办，舍重担，逮得己利，尽诸有结，正智解脱。"第八。
9. 欲贪经

168. Sāvatthinidānaṃ. Ekamantaṃ nisinnaṃ kho āyasmantaṃ rādhaṃ bhagavā etadavoca – ‘‘rūpe kho, rādha, yo chando yo rāgo yā nandī yā taṇhā, taṃ pajahatha. Evaṃ taṃ rūpaṃ pahīnaṃ bhavissati ucchinnamūlaṃ tālāvatthukataṃ anabhāvaṃkataṃ āyatiṃ anuppādadhammaṃ. Vedanāya yo chando yo rāgo yā nandī yā taṇhā, taṃ pajahatha . Evaṃ sā vedanā pahīnā bhavissati ucchinnamūlā tālāvatthukatā anabhāvaṃkatā āyatiṃ anuppādadhammā. Saññāya… saṅkhāresu yo chando yo rāgo yā nandī yā taṇhā, taṃ pajahatha. Evaṃ te saṅkhārā pahīnā bhavissanti ucchinnamūlā tālāvatthukatā anabhāvaṃkatā āyatiṃ anuppādadhammā. Viññāṇe yo chando yo rāgo yā nandī yā taṇhā, taṃ pajahatha. Evaṃ taṃ rūpaṃ pahīnaṃ bhavissati ucchinnamūlaṃ tālāvatthukataṃ anabhāvaṃkataṃ āyatiṃ anuppādadhammaṃ. Vedanāya yo chando yo rāgo yā nandī yā taṇhā ye upayupādānā cetaso adhiṭṭhānābhinivesānusayā, te pajahatha. Evaṃ sā vedanā pahīnā bhavissati ucchinnamūlā tālāvatthukatā anabhāvaṃkatā āyatiṃ anuppādadhammā. Evaṃ passaṃ, rādha, sutavā ariyasāvako rūpasmimpi nibbindati, vedanāyapi nibbindati, saññāyapi nibbindati, saṅkhāresupi nibbindati, viññāṇasmimpi nibbindati. Nibbindaṃ virajjati; virāgā vimuccati. Vimuttasmiṃ vimuttamiti ñāṇaṃ hoti. ‘Khīṇā jāti, vusitaṃ brahmacariyaṃ, kataṃ karaṇīyaṃ, nāparaṃ itthattāyā’ti pajānātī’’ti. Paṭhamaṃ.

舍卫城因缘。世尊对坐在一旁的尊者罗陀如是说："罗陀，对色的欲、贪、喜、爱，你们应当断除。如此，那色将被断除，根除，如截多罗树头，成为非有，于未来不再生起。对受的欲、贪、喜、爱，你们应当断除。如此，那受将被断除，根除，如截多罗树头，成为非有，于未来不再生起。对想...对行的欲、贪、喜、爱，你们应当断除。如此，那些行将被断除，根除，如截多罗树头，成为非有，于未来不再生起。对识的欲、贪、喜、爱，你们应当断除。如此，那识将被断除...乃至...于未来不再生起。"第九。
10. 第二欲贪经
